Shipping, Handling, and Taxes

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping and handling on all items.

The customer is responsible for paying all applicable taxes on any and all purchases.

Please allow 2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. For merchandise (i.e., t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.), please allow 7-10 business days as these items are custom made per order.
Lost Packages and Stuck Shipments

The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.

Savage Libra Fitness is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Savage Libra Fitness is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges (DOMESTIC / US)

No returns or exchanges on orders after 30 days.

We do not accept opened supplements for returns or exchanges all items must be UNOPENED.
Freebies / add-ons / promo items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges (INTERNATIONAL)

All sales are final outside the United States.

We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, etc.
